Instructions for submitting an article
 

Original, previously unpublished articles that correspond to the thematic focus of the journal are accepted for publication. All articles are checked for plagiarism in the license system «StrikePlagiarism» and double-blind peer-reviewed. In case of detection of the fact of placement of the published article in other scientific journals, the article is subjected to the retraction procedure.

 

  1. To send materials, you need to register (create a personal account):
    • Fill in user data:
  • fill in first and last name;
  • in the field "organization" to register the place of work;
  • select a country in the drop-down list;
  • fill in e-mail (e-mail address);
  • username (lowercase Latin letters);
  • set a password and repeat it or generate a random password.
    • Give consent to the collection and storage of data, tick the tabs:
  • Yes, I consent to the collection and storage of my data in accordance with the Privacy Notice;
  • Yes, I want to be notified of new posts and announcements (if needed).
    • Select user roles in the dropdown list:
    • Reader
    • Author
    • Reviewer
    • At the end, click the "Register" button.

 

  1. In your personal account, open the "Submitted Materials" tab and through the "New Material" enter the "Submit Article" menu.
  • Stage "Start":
  • choose the language of the material (the language of the article);
  • select a section from the drop-down list;
  • put a tick in all paragraphs of the requirements for the material to be sent;
  • fill in comments for the editor (if necessary);
  • check the boxes for accepting the terms of copyright transfer;
  • save and continue work.
    • Stage "Loading material":
  • select the article component (article for anti-plagiarism), upload a file in Word format;
  • select the article component (article for review), upload the file in Word format (without the name of the author(s) and affiliation) and continue working;
  • edit the title (if necessary) and continue work;
  • add another file or complete the download, then save and continue working.
    • Stage "Entering metadata":
  • fill in the title in three languages;
  • fill in annotations in three languages;
  • add co-authors (if any) through the "Add supporter" option (name, contacts, country, author role, contact person, etc.);
  • fill in keywords in three languages, save and continue working.
    • Stage "Confirmation":
  • complete sending and confirm or cancel and edit previous steps.
    • Stage "Submission of material completed":
  • receive notification by e-mail, view the material, create a new material or return to your personal account.

 

About all the actions of the editorial board on your article, the authors are notified via messages. Authors can also track milestones in their account and communicate with workflow participants.

It is necessary to implement the recommendations of the editorial board in a timely manner and comply with the established requirements and deadlines.
