A guide for the authors of the journal

1. The author of the article registers on the Journal's website and sends the article to the editorial office for publication.
2. If there are several authors of the article, the article is sent to the editorial office for publication by one main author.
3. The maximum allowable number of authors per article is no more than three authors, in the case of the development and testing of econometric models and depending on the complexity of the research (a fundamental approach to the analysis of theoretical and methodological aspects of the topic under study, experimental confirmation of a scientific hypothesis, collection and processing of an extensive array of data, including on the basis of a sociological survey and up to four authors are allowed.
4. Requirements for the design of the illustrative material: Tables, diagrams and figures should be presented in a format that allows editing and formatting (for the purpose of translation and correction of the design in accordance with the design of the magazine). The illustrations are accompanied by captions in the following format: Figure 1. Title, Table 1. Title, Diagram 1. Title (without a dot at the end of the title).
5. The total number of tables, diagrams and figures should not exceed 20% of the total volume of the article.
In tables and figures: font — Times New Roman, size — 14, alignment — centered, without paragraph indentation, single spacing.

6. All tables and figures must be numbered and referenced in the main text. The images should be clear, with clearly discernible details.

Requirements for the structural elements of the article
8. The author or a team of authors contributes to the concept, scientific design, execution or interpretation of the claimed scientific research and the creation of a scientific article.
9. The following basic requirements must be observed:
Bibliographic information: MRNTI (Interstate rubricator of Scientific and Technical Information) should be indicated in the language of the article; the surname, first name, patronymic of the authors (initials after the surname); the main author for correspondence is indicated by the sign "*"; information should be indicated in the language of the article; e-mail address; place of work or study, city, country should be presented in the language of articles.
Author's full name and information: font — Times New Roman, size — 14, right alignment, bold, italics, without paragraph indentation.
The title of the article is placed in the center, typed in capital letters; font — bold; Times New Roman, size — 14, indicated in the language of the article.
Abstract: the volume is from 150 to 300 words; it is indicated in the language of the article; the title "Abstract" is written from a new line, in bold, without a dot; there is one empty line between the abstract and the keywords. Font — Times New Roman, size — 12.
Keywords: separated by semicolons (;), the number is from 5 to 7 words or phrases; indicated in the language of the article, placed immediately after the abstract. Font — Times New Roman, size — 12. The phrase "Keywords" is in bold, without a dot, followed by a colon - a list of words.
The text of the article should be structured and include: an introduction (relevance, scientific significance, purpose of the study); the main part (research methodology, review of scientific literature, methods, results, discussion); conclusion (conclusions, prospects for further research). Font — Times New Roman, size — 14.
The volume of the main text of the article (excluding the MRTI, information about the authors, title, abstract, keywords and list of sources): from 7 to 15 pages.
List of sources used: it is presented in the language of the article; it is mandatory to arrange it in English transliteration: from Russian — through ru or transliteration.pro , from Kazakh — via qazlat.kz; automatic page—by-page links are not allowed; the total number of sources is at least 10, of which 5-7 must be from the last 3-5 years, including from the Scopus and/or Web of Science database. Font — Times New Roman, size — 12. The heading "List of sources used" is centered, bold, without a number.
Bibliographic references should be designed using the Mendeley Reference Manager program, choosing the design style — GOST.
Translations: After the main text of the article and the list of sources used, annotations and titles of the article, as well as the authors' data, should be placed in two other languages — Russian, Kazakh and English, depending on the original language of the publication.

Font — Times New Roman, size - 12, right alignment, bold, italics, without paragraph indentation.
Annotation:
Font — Times New Roman, size — 12. The word "Abstract" is in bold, without a dot, starting from a new line.
Keywords:
Font — Times New Roman, size — 12. The phrase "Keywords" is in bold, without a dot, followed by a colon - a list of words.
10. Throughout the article: alignment is in width, paragraph indentation is 1.25 cm, spacing is single. Margins: top and bottom — 2 cm each, left — 3 cm, right — 1 cm.
Requirements for the content of the article
11. Previously unpublished or not accepted for consideration in other publications articles corresponding to the thematic focus of the Journal are accepted for publication.
12. The article should provide reproducibility of the research results, a description of the research methodology, methods of statistical data processing and other ways to ensure reproducibility.
13. Articles should make a significant contribution to science, the main conclusions should be based on weighty, from a scientific point of view, evidence, or sufficiently substantiated, have statements supported by references to relevant and reliable scientific literature.
14. Submit the article in electronic format (in doc, docx, rtf formats);
15. Indicate the author's last name in the file name (if there are any co-authors, the last name of the first author).
