DEVELOPMENT OF PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP IN THE REGION

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the directions of development of public-private partnership in the region. In modern conditions, many countries are turning to the need to implement the national concept of public-private partnership, which indicates one of the most important tools for improving the efficiency of the country's economy in the context of the global crisis. The increasing complexity of economic processes associated with technological and social progress requires a high level of cooperation and the integration of resources to achieve a new level of social development, in this sense, PPP, as a flexible model, is very important in solving such important tasks as preserving the well-being and life of the population. The complexity of issues related to the development of PPP in modern conditions, burdened by the financial and economic crisis, poses the question of a global theoretical and methodological understanding of the current situation to science. The collected data in the framework of the study were grouped, as well as systematized information about what conditions hinder the implementation of public-private partnership projects and what measures are important for their effective implementation. The specific proposals developed by the authors based on the results of the study are aimed at the effective organization and implementation of public-private partnership, which is an important mechanism in the country's economy, including in the socio-economic development of the region.
