Abstract
The active development of digital mortgages in the world has a positive impact on the development of the real sector of the economy, since for the dynamic growth of aggregate production, it is necessary that part of the savings from total income be directed through investments in the development of production, in order to improve the country's economic indicators. It is worth paying attention to the fact that the relevance of digital mortgage lending is due to the fact that its use allows resolving contradictions between high real estate prices and the current solvency of the population, as well as between the monetary savings of one group of economic entities and the need for their use by another. The fierce pace of competition among credit institutions is a powerful impetus for the formation of a wide range of services, new forms of interaction with the client and new innovative products.
