Abstract

In the context of the digital transformation of organizations, artificial intelligence (AI) is being actively integrated into human resource management processes. One of the most promising areas is the use of AI in managing employees’ career development. However, the issue of evaluating the effectiveness of such solutions remains insufficiently explored. The purpose of this study is to identify key areas of AI application in career management and to propose a system of indicators for assessing its effectiveness based on an empirical survey. The study employs qualitative and quantitative methods for analyzing survey data (N = 84). The results indicate that AI is perceived as a tool for enhancing the transparency of career decisions, supporting competency development, and reducing gender barriers. A multilevel system of indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of AI in career management is proposed.
