Abstract
The relevance of the study is determined by the need to improve the efficiency of the healthcare system of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the context of global digitalization and the growing demand for high-quality medical services. The aim of the study is to assess the impact of digital transformation on the level of accessibility and quality of medical and social services in the country. In the course of the research, methods of statistical analysis, correlation and regression modeling, and content analysis of regulatory documents were used. Based on the data for 2022-2025, positive dynamics in the volume of medical and social services provided was revealed, related to the introduction of electronic platforms, telemedicine and digital document management within the framework of the Digital Kazakhstan state program.
The results of the analysis confirmed the existence of a stable link between the digitalization of the sector and the growth of health coverage rates. At the same time, institutional and technical barriers have been established that limit the effectiveness of implementing digital solutions. The conclusion is made about the need for further development of the digital infrastructure, improvement of the regulatory framework and staff training. Recommendations are presented on strengthening the digital ecosystem of healthcare with an emphasis on inclusivity, personal data protection and improving digital literacy of the population.
