USE OF OFFICIAL STATISTICAL INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE FEDERAL PLAN OF STATISTICAL WORK AND DEPARTMENTAL STATISTICS WHEN ESTABLISHING KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS OF DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTIONS OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Abstract

In modern conditions, as world and Russian practice has shown, it is impossible to do without the regulation of the economy by the state, which in fact is the largest consumer (customer) of products, goods, services; provides an impressive number of jobs; controls natural monopolies; regulates prices for socially significant goods; subsidizes agriculture; supervises credit organizations and other financial institutions; supports key and strategic economic activities and sectors of the economy. All of the above determines the relevance of studying the possibility of using official statistical information, provided for by the federal plan of statistical work and departmental statistics, to establish key indicators in terms of monitoring the effectiveness of development institutions.

The most important opportunities for using official statistical information, provided for by the federal plan of statistical work and departmental statistics, in establishing key indicators in terms of monitoring the effectiveness of development institutions, are in the area of priority research by leading Russian experts.
