Abstract
In this study, the object is the digitalization of banking services. The work is aimed at solving the problem of assessing the level of digitalization of banking services in different countries. The results obtained are explained by assuming a linear relationship between the level of digitalization, the volume of non-cash payments and the Doing Business rating, as well as by constructing an econometric regression model reflecting the influence of factors contributing to the development of digital technologies in the banking sector. The uniqueness of the research lies in the development of a scoring system for assessing the level of digitalization on the basis of three criteria based on international statistics, with subsequent testing of this methodology on the example of 12 countries with different levels of economic development. The practical significance of the work lies in the possibility of using the results to increase the digitalization of banking services, taking into account the peculiarities of each national economy.
