Abstract
In the modern world, internal migration is becoming an increasingly significant factor
influencing the state’s social and economic dynamics. This article examines current trends in internal
migration, identifying its causes and consequences at the regional and international levels. Based on a
comparative analysis, this article discusses various internal migration management tools such as financial
incentives, tax breaks, social programs, and support measures.
The study results reveal that economic difficulties, conflicts, and climate change play a critical role in new
internal migration flows that require the serious attention of national governments. Also, it highlights the
importance of regional cooperation in managing migration flows and developing ways to reduce regional
tensions in the context of globalization.
