Abstract
The article provides an analysis of public administration mechanisms in the field of atmospheric air protection, based on the study of the best international practices. The work examines countries with different levels of environmental regulation, such as Germany, Canada, Japan, the USA and several others.
The research methods include a comparative analysis of environmental policies, as well as the use of case studies to study specific initiatives and their impact on the environmental situation. The article focuses on the use of effective environmental instruments, such as regulations, economic measures (carbon taxes, subsidies, emissions trading programs), as well as air quality monitoring and control.
The expected results of the study are aimed at identifying the key factors of successful public regulation in the field of ecology and proposals for improving air protection mechanisms in countries with high levels of pollution.
